Local man Gerry McCourt is currently walking the Camino de Santiago to raise vital funds for St Vincent’s Hospice.
Gerry is enjoying the Camino de Santiago very much, which sees him trekking along the beautiful pilgrimage routes of northern Spain travelling 800km.
Gerry has already raised over £1500 and donations are still coming through.
Hayley from the Hospice fundraising team said “We are so grateful to Gerry and everyone who is supporting him. He is doing such a wonderful thing for our patients and families and his fundraising is going so well, we can’t thank him enough.”
