We’re looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Pre-Loved Shop Managers to join our retail team and lead two of our much-loved St Vincent’s Hospice shops.

Our retail estate includes welcoming and vibrant pre-loved shops across Renfrewshire — in Johnstone, Bridge of Weir, and Paisley (Moss St and Neilston Rd) — all at the heart of their local communities.

This is a rewarding opportunity to use your retail skills for purpose — helping to raise vital funds that support local hospice care.

As a Pre-Loved Shop Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of your shop, creating a welcoming and well-presented space for customers and donors.

  • Manage and inspire a team of dedicated volunteers.

  • Maximise sales, visual merchandising and stock rotation to achieve income targets.

  • Champion sustainability by giving pre-loved items a new lease of life.

  • Represent St Vincent’s Hospice with warmth, pride and compassion.

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team that turns donations into exceptional care for people and families across Renfrewshire and beyond.

These are full-time positions, 37.5 hours per week, £25,350 per annum.
