Fundraising Team Volunteer – Can Collector

Location: St Vincent’s Hospice, Howwood

Do you enjoy getting out in your community and building relationships? Our Can Collector volunteers help place and collect donation cans in local shops, cafés, and businesses, turning everyday generosity into vital funds.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting people, and making a meaningful difference in a flexible way.

Duties include:

  • Distributing and collecting donation cans
  • Building relationships with local businesses
  • Recording and returning funds securely
  • Ensuring cans are clean and well-presented

Skills required:

  • Friendly and confident communicator
  • Organised and reliable
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Trustworthy when handling cash

Time commitment:
A few hours per week, flexible to suit you.
