eBay Team Volunteer – Shoes

Location: St Vincent’s Hospice, Howwood

Do you have a passion for fashion and an eye for detail? We’re looking for volunteers to join our eBay team, helping us turn pre-loved shoes into vital funds for St Vincent’s Hospice.

As part of our online retail team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, preparing, and listing shoes for sale on our eBay store. Every pair sold directly supports compassionate care for patients and families in our community.

This role is perfect for anyone interested in fashion trends, sustainable shopping, or online selling.

Duties include:

  • Assessing pre-loved shoes for quality, style, and resale potential
  • Cleaning, photographing, and preparing shoes for online listings
  • Researching and pricing items to maximise sales
  • Writing clear and engaging product descriptions
  • Supporting with general organisation of the workspace

Skills required:

  • Good attention to detail and ability to assess quality
  • Organised, reliable, and punctual
  • Comfortable using eBay or willing to learn
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Time commitment:

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to a few hours per week. There is flexibility depending on stock availability and team needs, with opportunities to increase hours during busy periods.
