Group Support

Every year we rely on the kind support of local groups.

There are many different ways that you can raise funds and awareness for the Hospice, from organising your own events and fundraisers, to volunteering at our events and in the community.

To have a chat and learn how we can work together to make a BIG difference to Your Little Hospice, reach out to our Fundraising Team at fundraising@svh.co.uk and we would be delighted to help.

Are you part of a community group that may be able to support the work of the hospice? Throughout the years we have received support from clubs, groups and organisations such as:

  • Religious organisations and faith groups
  • Rotary clubs
  • Masonic lodges
  • Golf, football, hockey and various other sporting clubs
  • Book clubs
  • Knitting clubs
  • Girl guides, Brownies, Rainbows, Scouts and the Boys Brigade
  • Pubs & Restaurants

We would be delighted to hear from you, and we can arrange for a hospice representative to visit and speak with your community group about the work of the hospice.

We can also support your fundraising activities by offering ideas, advice and materials to help make your event a success and fun to plan.

Young Farmers

We want to get involved with a wide variety of groups in our local community, we have worked with West Renfrewshire Young Farmers and had the pleasure to be involved in some fantastic fundraising events, such as a tractor pull, stock judging and even a gunge tank!

If you are part of a Young Farmers Club and would like to work with us, we would love to hear from you and learn how we can work together and ‘cultivate’ support for Your Little Hospice with the Big Heart!

Be outstanding in your field!

Pro Life Fitness Centre are a fantastic supporter of the hospice and so much more than just a Gym

Opening their doors in June 1990, from a purpose built 12,000 square foot unit, which grew from 500 to 1200 members on it’s opening day, to the centre we see now…a 30,000 square foot centre with a stand alone five-a-side football complex incorporating 5 parks, function room, sports bar and café.

Winner of multiple National Fitness Awards, to include, Best Gym In Scotland and UK Strength Gym of the Year, Pro Life Fitness Centre is a community in its own right and a registered charity which supports it’s local community, various charities, to include St Vincent’s Hospice, as well as supporting young up and coming talented sportspeople in the Renfrewshire area.
