This October, St Vincent’s Hospice is calling on teams of colleagues, families, and friends to step up, join forces, and take on the Kelpies Challenge – a unique team-based assault course set inside Scotland’s most iconic landmarks.
Taking place on Sunday 26 October 2025, this energetic 1.5-hour challenge is all about connection: building team spirit, pushing limits, and raising vital funds to support local people living with life-limiting illness across Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire.
Each team of eight will take on the course in support of St Vincent’s Hospice, with every participant committing to raise a minimum of £250. Every pound raised helps ensure the hospice can continue to provide the kind of compassionate, specialist care that makes a real difference to individuals and families when they need it most.
“It costs over £8,500 every single day to provide 24-hour care at the hospice,” says Maia Glackin, Fundraiser at St Vincent’s Hospice. “By taking part in the Kelpies Challenge, our supporters are helping to fund that care – every step forward on the course is a step forward for hospice services in our community.”
All registered teams will receive a fundraising pack, event t-shirt, and the pride of knowing they’re helping to provide dignity, comfort, and support at one of life’s most challenging times.
Sign up today and be part of something extraordinary.
