Burns Day at the Thursday Group

The Thursday Day Services group were delighted that Burns Day was on a Thursday this year and that they got to celebrate!  There was Haggis, Shortbread and wonderful music from our friends ‘The Midgie’s’ Ceilidh Band, which had everyone dancing and singing along.

Did you know that the first Burns Day Celebration was held in 1801, which was 223 years ago?  We were very pleased to be able to carry on the tradition for another year.
