Sometimes, this time of year can feel especially difficult when you’re living with grief. Our Bereavement Therapy Group offers a gentle, supportive space where you can connect with others who understand, share (if you wish), and explore ways to cope and heal.
Everyone is welcome — you can join at any point throughout the six weeks.
