Losing someone important can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our Bereavement Therapeutic Group offers a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where you can connect with others who understand, share experiences, and receive gentle support as you navigate your grief.
Sessions are facilitated by our counsellor, providing a supportive and confidential space to explore your grief at your own pace.🌼
