St Vincent’s Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate IPU Manager to provide expert clinical leadership within our Inpatient Unit. This pivotal role combines hands-on specialist palliative and end-of-life care with team leadership, service development, and quality improvement.

You will lead and support a skilled multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care for patients and families. Alongside your clinical expertise, you will bring strong leadership, a commitment to staff development, and the ability to drive forward innovation in palliative care.

We are looking for a registered nurse with significant experience in palliative care, proven leadership skills, and a passion for making a real difference.

Working Hours

This post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £44,000 per annum + 15% shift allowance for qualifying shifts.
