St Vincent’s Hospice is actively recruiting for an additional Staff Nurse, working 22.5 hours per week rotationally.

St. Vincent’s Hospice has been supporting people and their families, living in Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire, who are affected by life limiting illness, for the last 34 years. We are a small hospice, but with big ambitions.

As a Staff Nurse within our In Patient Unit team you’ll ensure the implementation of a high standard of care within the service. With a strong commitment to providing and ensuring excellent person-centred, safe and effective care, you will be a Staff Nurse preferably with previous experience in a palliative or cancer care setting. An excellent communicator, you will be able to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team. Although this post is based within the In-Patient Unit, opportunities may arise to work alongside other teams in the hospice, e.g. our Community Team.

Salary – £33,000 per annum, pro-rata, + 15% shift allowance for qualifying shifts
